Prayer Requests - 9.13.11

Davis': They have a family friend named Savannah.. A few years back she was diagnosed with Melanoma cancer, and has been traveling back and forth from Maryland for experimental treatments for the past few years. Recently she has taken a turn for the worse and the cancer has spread to her lymph notes and lungs.. The experimental treatment she is on at the time is making her violantly sick, she cant keep any food down and is admitted back into the hospital. She was recently told they were going to try and get her back to keeping food down and then send her home because there was nothing else they could do, nothing is working. Her mom is asking for prayers that her BRAF mutation test comes back POSITIVE.. (i dont know what this is/means but its what her mom is asking that we pray specifically for.) Savannah is a christian and she is only 21 years old.

Sept. 10th: Ladies Tea (Theme is Joy) - 11:00 - 1:00 - need to know who is interested in going from our class
Sept. 17th: Game night @ church (childcare will be $5/child) - 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Oct. 8th: Parents Night Out ($7/child) - 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM - will start sign ups next month
Oct. 22nd: Hayride/cookout @ Simpson's Farm ($10/family) - 3:00 - ?

Prayer Requests - 8.29.11

Davis' - Please help them pray for guidance in what Jen needs to do work wise. Her photography business is doing great, but it still doesn't bring in enough income for whats needed for finances for our family. She quit my full time job of 8 years to stay home with Kellen and just take pictures, but is needing to either find a good part time job or to find a great full time opportunity, either one. She has been praying for several months now, but feels they could use the extra help in prayer on this issue as she have been spinning wheels and keep coming up short and frustration is starting to kick in.

Wingards - Pray for Kelly's sister, Erin, she is about 15 weeks pregnant and her blood work came back that the baby might have Downs. They are going to do an ultrasound some point to determine if it was false positive or if they need to do an amnio test. This is their first child, and as you can imagine they are on an emotional rollar coster. Please keep them in your prayers.

Class - The past few weeks there have been several prayer requests made, please just pray for our class daily and their families. We are all going through tough times in one way or another.

Prayer Requests - 8.14.11

Bartmiers - Smooth start to school, especially with babysitter and Sarah starting part-time @ BHS.

Wingards - Continue to pray for Halle's health that she will continue to heal and stay well.

J&A Simpson - Jared scheduled to attend FBI Academy SEpt. 25th. Pray for all involved with that.

Visitation/Funeral Information

Visitation is on Thurs., Aug 4th from 5-7, and the funeral is on Friday at 2:00 PM. Both services will be at Callison-Lough funeral home in Bentonville off of Central. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Prayer Request

Wanted to let everyone know that Warren's mother, Janet, passed away this morning. Please keep them in your prayers as they deal with everything moving forward, and I will keep you all posted on anything else that I get from them.
